Hopi Ear Candling 

Hopi Ear Candling - also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy - is a non-invasive treatment suitable for problems and conditions related to the ear, nose and throat areas such as tinnitus, sore throats, hay fever, headaches/ migraines, rhinitis/sinusitis and regulating pressure in the ears and head.

This treatment also includes a face and neck massage designed to enhance the action of the candles, increase circulation in the blood and lymph, help drain the sinus tubes and eliminate toxins, plus optional Ear Seeding application.

Ear Seeding

Ear Seeding is a form of auricular therapy - a practice rooted in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) - and involves placing small seeds backed with clear adhesive tape on specific pressure points on the ear. Ear seeding is based on the idea that the ear is a microsystem, which contains acupressure points that correspond to different organs and systems located within the body. By stimulating these points, the aim is restore the body's natural balance and this therapy may help support various health concerns including stress and anxiety relief, pain management, improved sleep, weight management and emotional wellbeing. The seeds typically remain in place for around 5 days for you to gently press or massage throughout the days to enhance their effects. 20min/£25
