A Deep Tissue Massage will work slower and deeper into the muscles and help reduce built up tension and knots. It also helps increase blood flow to the targeted muscles which encourages the body’s natural healing process. Pregnancy massage has many benefits & it has been found to help alleviate muscle tension, muscle cramping, swelling and back/neck & shoulder discomfort caused by hormonal and postural changes. An Oncology Massage is a specialist massage therapy for those who have been diagnosed with or are recovering from cancer to give a renewed sense of deep relaxation.
